As an Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery, monitoring, and reporting of our social value commitments across housing projects. You'll work closely with project teams, community partners, and stakeholders.
Support the implementation of social value strategies across contracts and projects
Coordinate community engagement activities, including events, volunteering, and resident initiatives
Track and report social value outcomes using recognised frameworks (e.g., TOMs, Social Value Portal)
Maintain accurate records and databases of social value activities and KPIs
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to gather evidence of social value contributions
Assist in preparing case studies, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Monitor compliance with contractual social value obligations
Provide administrative support to the Social Value Manager and wider team
