Join a growing specialist manufacturer with a strong reputation for quality and precision. This is a hands-on, full-time role in bespoke packing and timber case building — offering excellent hours, consistent work, and a genuine opportunity to go permanent.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Building custom timber and plywood cases using saws, nail guns, and hand tools

* Packing items of all sizes for road, sea, or air freight

* Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials to exact specifications

* Checking materials to maintain high quality standards

* Supporting local collections and deliveries in the company van (within 50 miles)

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience with hand and power tools (carpentry/woodwork ideal)

* Physically fit and confident lifting materials

* Full UK driving licence

* Reliable, adaptable team player with a practical mindset

* Willing to work at Chandlers Ford base and travel locally when needed

What You’ll Get:

* £13.00 per hour, paid weekly

* Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30 (flexibility 06:00–18:00 when required)

* Overtime available
