Birthday offOur client is a leading electronics products manufacturer, who are experiencing rapid growth, and value motivated individuals looking to progress their career. They are looking for a Production Planner to assist with their increased workload. This role will be responsible for liaising with multiple departments, ensuring timeframes and customer expectations are met.

Role & Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain production schedules that align with customer delivery deadlines and internal manufacturing capacity
Ensure all products are manufactured and dispatched on time by planning and coordinating production activities effectively
Collaborate closely with Sales, Design, Purchasing, and Production teams to ensure alignment across departments
Review incoming orders and provide accurate, achievable delivery dates
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to support uninterrupted production
Identify potential production bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions to maintain workflow efficiency
Generate and analyse production reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, reducing costs, and improving product quality
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Experience working in a regulated or structured environment
Comfort collaborating with technical and administrative teams
A background in process improvement
The ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure
Familiarity with planning or production systems (ERP or similar) is a bonus
