School Business Manager - Temporary

Salary: £17-£20 per hour (dependent on experience)

Academics is currently recruiting for an experienced Business Manager to join a school in the Dartford area. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with school-based experience to take a key role in the leadership and management of school operations.

The Role:

Overseeing the operational management of school finances, HR, premises, and administration as the school's Business Manager.
Working closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
Managing budgets, financial reporting, and compliance in your capacity as Business Manager.
Supporting staff management processes and maintaining robust administrative systems.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Business Manager or in a similar school-based role.
Strong knowledge of school systems, safeguarding procedures, and administrative processes.
Excellent organisational, financial, and leadership skills.
Enhanced DBS
Available to start immediately, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.Why join Academics?
