Tradewind Recruitment is seeking confident and supportive Behaviour Mentors for SEN schools in Newham. You'll work on a day-to-day supply basis initially, with the potential to move into permanent or long-term positions from September.

The Role:

Supporting students with SEMH, ASD, and speech and language needs

Delivering interventions and emotional support

Managing behaviour through a calm and consistent approach

Working closely with class teams and school therapists

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

Experience in SEN, PRUs, or pastoral care

A positive, empathetic, and proactive approach

A DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply)
