We’re working on behalf of a well-established engineering business in Paignton to find their next Warehouse / Trade Counter Manager – a vital position in a small but busy team.

? What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing the day-to-day running of the warehouse and trade counter

Handling goods in/out, ensuring accurate deliveries and despatches

Monitoring and maintaining stock levels and inventory systems

Serving trade counter customers and advising on products (training provided)

Supervising and supporting warehouse staff, including training

Collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs

Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organised

Ensuring health & safety and company policies are followed

? Who We’re Looking For:
Experience in warehouse, logistics, or trade counter roles

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Customer-focused with good communication abilities

IT-literate with basic systems or stock control experience

Forklift licence a bonus – or willing to train

Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive

Ex-forces, tradespeople, or practical/engineering backgrounds very welcome
