Duties

* Perform MIG welding and other welding techniques as required

* Fabricate components from sheet metal and other materials

* Utilise hand tools and power tools to assemble parts accurately

* Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

* Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards

* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols

* Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Requirements

* Proven experience in welding, particularly MIG welding

* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues

* Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment

* Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations

* Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately

* Experience in assembly processes is advantageous

* A commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship
