About the Role:

We are currently looking for confident and energetic SEN Teaching Assistants to support our pupils aged 11-15 across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will work closely with teaching staff to support students with a range of complex needs, including ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, and behavioural challenges.

Your role as an SEN Teaching Assistant will involve both academic and emotional support, helping pupils to engage in their learning and develop their confidence within a mainstream setting. You will play a vital part in promoting inclusion and ensuring every student has the opportunity to thrive.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Be a proactive and engaging SEN Teaching Assistant

Have experience supporting pupils with special educational needs, particularly ASD and ADHD

Be able to build strong, positive relationships with pupils and staff

Have a genuine passion for helping young learners overcome barriers to their education
