Recruitment Consultants – All Levels & Sectors (Temp or Perm)

Are you a driven recruitment professional looking to work into the lucrative renewable energy sector? Kathryn Rose Consultancy is working with a rapidly expanding recruitment business, and we are looking for ambitious recruitment consultants—from Trainees to Senior Consultants—to join a high-performing team in the Wind Farming and Offshore Cable Construction market.

Whether your background is in Finance, Tech, HR, Healthcare, Legal, or Construction recruitment, if you have white-collar recruitment experience and the grit and work ethic to build a desk in a high energy environment, we want to hear from you.

The Opportunity: Warm Desk & High Growth

This is an incredibly opportunity to step into a very warm desk and be surrounded by exceptional recruiters in the industry. You will focus on placing high-value white-collar professionals within the renewable energy sector.

* We are looking for consultants to manage Permanent, Temporary, or Dual desks.

* While the desk is "warm," we are looking for "closers" who are excited by Business Development to scale this even further.

Compensation & Unrivalled Guarantees

* Base Salary: £27,000 to £35,000 dependent on experience.

* Earnings Guarantee: £50,000 total guaranteed earnings for the first 12–18 months for exceptional and experienced recruiters.

* Commission: 20% on all billings with no threshold.

Work Environment & Culture

This is a high-energy, "lead from the front" environment. The owner is a £700k+ annual biller who is hands-on and dedicated to your development.

* Location: London Bridge (Full-time office-based).

* Hours: 8.15am– 6.15pm Monday to Thursday, finishing at 4pm on Fridays.

Who You Are

* Experience: Any white-collar recruitment background. We are hiring across the spectrum from Trainees to Senior Consultants.

* Skillset: You must be a "hunter" with a proven track record in either Temp or Perm placements.

* Mentality: You are highly focused, competitive, and thrive in a fast-paced, office-centric sales environment.
