The Role:
As our Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our client base in Dorset and the surrounding areas. You’ll take ownership of generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with employers, and developing strategic partnerships that align with our recruitment expertise across a range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local market

* Develop strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations

* Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants to ensure client needs are fully met

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

* Track activity and performance through CRM and regular reporting

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in business development, sales, or recruitment (B2B environment preferred)

* Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

* A self-motivated individual who thrives in a target-driven environment

* Strong understanding of the local business landscape in Dorset

* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally
