Overview

We are supporting a fast-growing international consulting organisation that is significantly expanding its SAP practice.

Due to a strong pipeline of new SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud projects and increasing client demand, they are now looking to hire an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end Public Cloud implementations.

This is a senior delivery role with responsibility for driving complex SAP programmes from initiation through to go-live and hyper care. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping to establish and scale a UK-based SAP Centre of Excellence.

The organisation is in a high-growth phase, with ambitious expansion plans over the next several years, offering strong long-term career progression for senior delivery leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects.
Take full ownership of project governance, planning, resourcing, budgeting, and risk management.
Manage multi-stream SAP programmes across Finance, Supply Chain, and other core business functions.
Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders and internal delivery leadership.
Drive programme structure, delivery methodology, and reporting standards.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to agreed quality standards.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including functional consultants, technical consultants, and integration specialists.
Oversee UAT, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare phases.
Proactively manage delivery risks, issues, and dependencies.
Contribute to the development of internal delivery frameworks, templates, and best practices.
Support the build-out and maturation of a UK-based SAP delivery capability.Required Experience

Minimum 5 years' experience as an SAP Project Manager delivering full lifecycle implementations.
Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud projects end-to-end.
Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and Public Cloud delivery models.
Experience managing complex, multi-workstream SAP programmes.
Solid understanding of core SAP functional domains (e.g. Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing).
Strong stakeholder management experience, including engagement with senior business and IT leaders.
Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Comfortable working in a fast-growing, delivery-focused consulting environment.What's on Offer
