Job Title: Civil Engineering Technician (Revit)
Location: Dunfermline - Hybrid (1 day from home)

Role Overview:
A well-established consultancy is looking for an experienced Civil Engineering Technician (Revit) to join their team in Dunfermline. The role offers a hybrid working pattern and the opportunity to work on a variety of housing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage Revit models for housing projects
Produce accurate construction drawings and documentation
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to deliver high-quality designs
Ensure work is completed to deadlines with high attention to detail
Essential Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience using Revit
Proven experience in the residential/housing/housing development sector
Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing
Team player with good communication skillsNotes:
