In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of planning, executing, and analysing CRM campaigns that nurture leads, convert prospects, and strengthen customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Planning:
Collaborate with local brand stakeholders to develop targeted CRM campaigns that align with overall business objectives.
Plan and facilitate central campaigns while ensuring that local CRM initiatives are integrated into the central planning process within set deadlines.
Executing:
Ensure timely receipt of campaign briefs for deployment and provide support during the briefing process when necessary.
Review briefs for accuracy, including spelling, customer journeys, landing pages, and necessary terms and conditions, to minimise amendments post-activation.
prioritise briefs in status calls across brands to facilitate timely execution of campaigns.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track key performance metrics of campaigns (such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates) and generate comprehensive reports using Google Analytics.
Conduct thorough analyses of campaign data to identify trends, extract insights, and recommend optimisations for future initiatives.
Collaboration:
Partner closely with the CRM team to prioritise campaigns across various brands.
Maintain clear communication with local brand stakeholders to plan, execute, report, and analyse their CRM activities, both local and central.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a CRM or marketing role, with a strong understanding of CRM principles and practises.
Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use insights to inform strategy.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Familiarity with CRM software and tools, as well as experience using Google Analytics for reporting.
