Job Title: Internal Engagement Senior Associate
Location: London, Birmingham, Cardiff
Day Rate: £350 - £400
Contract Length: 6 Months

Are you ready to make an impact in internal engagement? Our client, a prominent organisation within Central Government, is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Engagement Senior Associate to join their team!

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Head of Internal Engagement on the Changing Currents programme.
Build strong relationships with delivery partners across various departments.
Support the delivery of internal events and activities.
Produce engaging communications across all internal channels.
Maintain up-to-date engagement plans and reports.
Evaluate communications activity and suggest improvements.Essential Skills:

Proven experience in internal engagement strategies and communications.
Exceptional oral, written, and presentational skills.
Ability to think creatively and solve problems.
Proficiency in SharePoint, Office 365 (Yammer), and digital engagement tools (Slido).
Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.
