Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer sites.
Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers, addressing any queries or concerns.
Maintain accurate records of service activities and report on equipment status.
Collaborate with senior technicians to improve service delivery and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while on-site.
Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Relevant technical qualification (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds) in engineering or a related field.
Experience in a field service role or similar technical position is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software for equipment analysis.
Full UK driving licence is essential.
Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
