Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Production Operative to join their client based in Hemel Hempstead. The successful candidate will have previous production experience doing machine operating or assembly work and will join on a temp2perm basis/

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm

Pay Rate: £12.80 per hour

This role involves:

We are looking for a hands-on Production Operative to join our assembly team. The role is primarily focused on assembling components using a range of hand and power tools. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, safety, and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble components using hand tools (e.g. spanners, screwdrivers, cutters)
Use power tools such as drills, grinders, and impact wrenches
Follow detailed assembly instructions and technical drawings
Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
Assist with basic cutting and preparation of materials as needed
Maintain a clean and organised workstation
Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals
To be considered for this role you must have / be:

Experience using hand and power tools in a workshop or production environment
Good practical skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work to specifications
Strong awareness of health and safety practices
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Fluent English speaking, reading & writing
Physically fit
Local to Hemel Hempstead or easily able to commute
