Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to ignite a passion for Science in the next generation? We're thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified Biology Teacher to join a vibrant and welcoming state secondary school in Peterborough.

This full-time, permanent position is ideal for an ECT who is enthusiastic about making a real difference in the classroom. You’ll teach Science across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to take on Key Stage 5 in the future.

We provide a supportive and nurturing environment to help you develop your skills and flourish in your first teaching role.

We’re seeking a dedicated Biology Teacher (ECT) who:

* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is on track to achieve it by September 2025, along with a degree in Biology or a related subject.

* Has a passion for teaching and learning, and a desire to inspire curiosity in Science.

* Brings a positive, enthusiastic attitude to the classroom and school life.

* Is open to feedback, eager to grow professionally, and reflective in their practice.
