Your Role Will Include:

Teaching Biology to a high standard across KS3–KS5

*

Supporting the development of Biology and Science staff through coaching and training

*

Contributing to curriculum planning and assessment design

*

Leading on Science-specific teaching and learning initiatives

*

Sharing best practice across departments and within whole-school CPD

You Will Need:

QTS and a Biology specialism with excellent subject knowledge

*

A track record of excellent student outcomes

*

The ability to lead by example and support colleagues in their professional growth

A deep interest in educational research and pedagogy

*

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
