Job Title: Senior Site Manager – Structural Remediation (Residential Developer)
Location: Acton
Day Rate: £300 - £350
Contract Type: Freelance
Start Date: ASAP

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of structural remediation works across a number of newly built residential blocks.

The Role:
As the Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of structural remedial works. Reporting to the Construction Director, you will work closely with our structural engineers, technical and commercial teams, and act as a key point of contact for the insurance loss adjuster. You will oversee the on-site implementation of works, ensuring timely, safe, and compliant delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate the implementation of structural remediation works across multiple residential blocks.

* Work collaboratively with structural engineers, technical teams, and commercial departments to ensure efficient planning and execution.

* Maintain detailed and accurate records of remedial work activities, progress, and site conditions.

* Produce and submit concise, professional weekly progress reports.

* Liaise with the insurance loss adjuster to ensure clear communication, satisfaction with works, and support the prompt recovery of costs.

* Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards.

* Lead site-based teams and contractors with clear direction and accountability.

About You:

* Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or similar, ideally within residential construction and/or structural remediation projects.

* Strong understanding of structural remediation methods and the coordination of remedial works.

* Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to engage confidently with engineers, technical consultants, and insurers.

* Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple sites concurrently.

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications (essential).

* Background in working with developers or main contractors on structural or remediation-focused projects (desirable).
