The Role – SEN Teaching Assistant

Seeking a compassionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support students aged 11–19 with complex needs, helping them access the curriculum, assisting with personal care, and providing one-to-one or small group support tailored to individual learning plans. The role also involves monitoring progress, implementing strategies recommended by teachers and specialists, and promoting independence and social skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with SEN pupils, a patient and empathetic approach, and the ability to work collaboratively to help students thrive academically, socially, and personally.
