We are a family-run butcher shop with a long-standing tradition of providing high-quality meats and exceptional customer service, which is now part of a larger food wholesale company.

The shop is known for its friendly atmosphere and commitment to excellence. We're looking for a full time Shop Assistant to join the team and help them to supply our customers both retail and wholesale.

About The Position

The successful Shop Assistant will be dedicated and hardworking, to assist both front of house with serving customers and support the Butchers when needed, such as making burgers, and other fresh meat items ready for delivery or putting away stock.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with purchases
Handling cash and card payments
Maintain cleanliness of the shop facilities and equipment
Prepare meat items, such as burgers, when required
General Assistant activities to ensure that the shop is running smoothly
