Sales & Drainage Coordinator

Yorkshire (occasional travel to Manchester/Stockport) | Full Time | £30,000 basic + Commission

Are you the right person for the job?

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

Experience in drainage, plumbing, utilities, FM or similar
Understanding of common drainage problems
Confidence in generating new business
Strong communication and customer skills
Organised, proactive and able to manage jobs end-to-end
Full UK driving licence
A desire to progress into more field-based work
What will your role look like?

Secure new business by visiting customers and assessing needs
Manage jobs from enquiry → quote → booking → completion
Act as the link between customers and the team
Keep customers updated throughout
Office-based initially, progressing into field sales with training
Build and follow up your own pipeline
Prepare and send quotations
Attend site to support basic assessments (with support where needed)
Ensure smooth job delivery and customer communication
Review CCTV notes/images to support accurate quoting
Take payments/issue pro formas
Close jobs in the system accurately
