Payroll Manager

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000
Contract: Permanent
Location: Warwick
Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office

? The Role

This is a hands-on Payroll Manager position within a busy, well-structured bureau environment. You’ll manage end-to-end payroll delivery for a diverse client portfolio while leading and developing a capable payroll team.

? Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop the payroll team

Oversee end-to-end monthly payroll processing for multiple clients

*

Ensure accuracy, compliance, and high service standards

*

Act as a key client contact, resolving complex payroll queries

*

Drive continuous improvement and best practice across payroll operations

Proven experience in a payroll bureau / multi-client environment

Strong end-to-end payroll knowledge

Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills

Organised, proactive, and hands-on leadership style

*

CIPP qualified or working towards (support available)
