Our client is an established FM Service Provider, it is looking to hire an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a corporate office block in Central London.

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will run a small team of engineers, ensure all PPMs are being carried on time and to correct standard, you will liaise with the client (landlord) and some of the tenants daily.

In addition, as the Maintenance Supervisor you will also be working on the tools alongside your team, the split is roughly 60% Management and 40% Hands-on. It’s important that you have strong communication skills and can lead a team successfully.

You can come from an electrical or mechanical background, as long as you are fully qualified and experienced. You will be asked to produce your trade certs.

Snapshot:

* £50,000 - £55,000 basic salary

* Mon-Fri

* 7am – 4pm and 8am-5pm alternating

* Call out rota (1in2) Additional money for stand-by

* Pension
