GH Engage are currently seeking a General Maintenance Operative to join a leading building services provider to deliver Fabric maintenance to a prestigious commercial site in London.

As a General Maintenance Operative, you will support the engineering team in delivering building fabric maintenance to a tenanted commercial office.

Duties as General Maintenance Operative:

Client-facing; you will deal with stakeholders at all levels on a daily basis, so will need to communicate in a clear and polite manner.
Escorting and supervising specialist sub-contractors on site.
Engineering maintenance including but not limited to:
Door fixtures and fittings.
Painting & decorating.
Light fittings and fixtures / changing lamps.
Maintenance of macerators.
Small plumbing works.

General Maintenance Operative - Package:

Salary: up to £42,000.
Monday to Friday; 8 am to 5 pm.
25 days annual leave.

Requirements:

Level 2 qualification in electrical/mechanical/AC/plumbing.
Experience in maintenance roles within commercial.
Client facing, punctual, and motivated.
