We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Lighting Coordinator to manage and support the development of lighting solutions across various projects. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design intent and project delivery, ensuring lighting layouts and controls meet specifications while maintaining a competitive and compliant solution.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and manage project quotations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.

* Review and interpret project specifications to ensure all lighting designs are compliant and appropriately tailored.

* Check and amend lighting layout drawings to meet project standards and customer expectations.

* Develop lighting controls layouts and technical drawings to support project documentation and installation.

* Provide clear instruction and guidance to lighting designers, ensuring design intent is understood and achieved.

* Review and revise lighting designs, guaranteeing technical accuracy, aesthetic quality, and compliance with all specifications.

* Ensure that all lighting and control solutions are fully compliant with project specifications and relevant standards.

* Actively contribute to project strategies to ensure competitive edge in design proposals and quotations.

Qualification and Requirements:

* Site experience from the electrical, mechanical, HVAC, Fire Alarm, and building services industries.

* Experience in coordinating projects.

* Experience in estimating and pricing up projects.

* Understanding of 2D technical drawings
