Role Overview
The Administration Assistant will play a key role in supporting smooth business operations by providing efficient and professional administrative support across the organisation. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure excellent communication, accurate documentation and seamless coordination of day-to-day office activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with general office administration and organisation of daily tasks
• Manage incoming calls, emails and customer enquiries professionally
• Support reception duties including greeting visitors
• Prepare and process documentation, reports and correspondence
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems
• Assist with order processing and liaison with production and sales teams
• Coordinate internal communications and aid in scheduling meetings and appointments
• Provide administrative support to management as required
Skills and Experience Required
• Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
• A proactive, flexible and professional approach
Desirable Attributes
• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems (training can be provided)
