About the Role

Long Term Futures are collaborating with a "Good" Ofsted-rated primary school in Nottingham to recruit a dynamic PE Teaching Assistant. This role focuses on supporting the delivery of high-quality physical education while also offering personalised assistance to pupils, including those with special educational needs. You'll help foster a love for sport, teamwork, and physical wellbeing in a structured and inclusive environment. This position is long-term and may lead to a permanent offer.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in delivering engaging PE lessons and promoting active participation.
Provide tailored support for SEN pupils in both classroom and sporting settings.
Encourage teamwork, confidence, and healthy habits through sport.
Track pupil development and relay feedback to the wider teaching team and families.What We're Looking For

A Level 2 PESSPA or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience supporting children in a school or sports environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate young learners.
