We are seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and multitasking skills, capable of ensuring smooth and efficient office workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff members
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
• Organise and schedule appointments and meetings
• Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
• Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
• Support the other departments with administrative duties
• Ensure the office is clean, organised, and fully functional
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Benefits:
• Salary: £25,000
• Onsite parking
• Monday to Friday: 8 am – 5 pm
