Salary: Up to £42,500 per annum (depending on experience).
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
Location: Gloucestershire / Cotswolds.What's involved in this Restaurant Manager role:

Overseeing daily operations of the estate's signature bar and kitchen, ensuring a bespoke service for residents and high-net-worth guests.
Managing a dedicated front-of-house team, including recruitment, training, and rota management.
Handling inventory, supplier relationships, and departmental budgets to ensure maximum efficiency.
Working closely with the marketing and events teams to deliver seasonal promotions and private estate events.
Maintaining impeccable standards of health, safety, and food hygiene across the site.What's required?

A strong background in Restaurant Management, specifically within 4/5-star hotels.
Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and developing staff.
Financial acumen, including experience with POS systems and cost control.
