Our client is looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join their expanding and highly regarded team in either Blackburn or Bolton. This is a fantastic opportunity to handle a varied, high-quality caseload while contributing to the growth and future of the department.

The work will include: 
Trust administration
Probate and estate administration
Tax planning and complex inheritance tax returns
Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
Potential Court of Protection mattersThe successful candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent client care skills, and ideally be STEP qualified (or working towards it). You will also enjoy working as part of a supportive and collaborative team with a strong reputation for delivering outstanding service.
