What You'll Do:

Drive Revenue: Lead on sales strategy and execution, uncovering and capitalising on new business opportunities and emerging markets.
Inspire & Lead: Mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Client Champion: Be the first point of contact for key clients, guiding them from vision to execution with unmatched service.
Relationship Builder: Use your established network of clients and suppliers to strengthen partnerships and grow our reach.
Event-Savvy Collaborator: Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to craft competitive proposals and unforgettable events.
Data-Driven Strategist: Analyse performance, produce insightful forecasts and reports, and make data-informed decisions.
Contract Expert: Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
Customer Service Star: Deliver outstanding service from first contact to post-event follow-up

What I'm Looking For:

Proven Leader: 5+ years in corporate sales, ideally within the events, hospitality, or catering industries.
Sales Achiever: A track record of smashing targets and driving business growth.
Natural Networker: You've got strong industry connections and the ability to build lasting relationships with ease.
Strategic Thinker: Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Detail-Oriented: Contract and risk management experience, with a sharp legal eye.
Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership teams.
