Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant 

Full Time - Monday - Friday 8.15am - 3.30pm | Start ASAP or after Easter HT

Do you have a passion for early childhood development and love helping little learners grow, explore, and thrive? We are looking for a Level 3 qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our warm and welcoming team.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone who is committed, caring, and enthusiastic about supporting children during their most important early years.

About the Role

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support children’s learning through play-based and structured activities

Work closely with the class teacher and nursery team

Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment

Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental needs

Be a positive, reliable presence for our children and staff

Monday to Friday

8:30am – 3:30pm

Start date: ASAP

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare

Has experience working in a nursery or early years setting

Is committed to long-term work and building strong relationships

Is caring, patient, and enthusiastic

Works well as part of a team and shows initiative
