Experienced Project Manager required for a temp to perm role based in Dunton, Essex (other areas will be covered but inital project is in Dunton).

Main duties will include but not be limited to:

* Quoting and overseeing minor and major works.

* From total refit of an office or building a carpark

* Experience in internal/external works.

* Managing both inhouse staff and sub contractors

* Liaising with both Management and customers on a day to day basis

Must have:

* Strong project management background

* NVQ Level 6/7 or equivalent

Immediate start, temp to perm available.

Interviews to be held immediately.
