Your role will be one of growing and developing a very warm desk by utilising business development, cross selling, developing strong relationships with existing clients and generating your own new business.

You will be:-

Working in a fun environment focused on developing relationships.
Selling recruitment business solutions over the telephone and face to face.
Building client relationships and account managing clients.
Offering a good quality service to clients by selecting applicants through good job matching and tight control
Achieving targets and adhering to agreed action plans.
Recruiting and sustaining a workforce by interviewing and selecting quality applicants.
