The key responsibilities for the Senior Bid Manager - Engineering Services role will include:

Lead the preparation and submission of competitive bids in line with client specifications and timelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary technical and commercial information.
Ensure all bids meet industry and compliance standards within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
Analyse bid requirements to identify risks and opportunities for the business.
Maintain and update bid documentation and databases to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality proposals.
Track and report on the progress of bids to senior management.
Support the sales team in securing new business and achieving revenue targets.Profile

For the Senior Bid Manager - Engineering Services role, applicants should have the below experience:

* 4+ years experience in a Bids related role
* Proven experience in bid management, ideally in a similar sector such as engineering, energy services, manufacturing - although this is not essential.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills, and excellent communication skills.
* Strong track record of managing end to end, high value bids.
* APMP qualification is desirable.
* Strong organisational and project management skills to handle multiple bids simultaneously.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling proposals.
* Proficiency in bid management tools and software to streamline processes.
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
* A collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
