The Role: Store Manager

Location: Westfield London
Contract Type: Long-term Adecco Consultant
Hours: 40 hours/week over 5 days (Monday to Saturday 9:30am-10:30pm, Sunday 11:30am-6:30pm)
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per year (dependant on experience)
Start Date: ASAP

As a Store Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the store-guiding a small, enthusiastic team of Retail Assistants and delivering an exceptional shopping experience that reflects the brand's commitment to quality and style. Your leadership will inspire performance, drive sales, and cultivate a loyal customer base.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead and Inspire: Motivate and develop your team to exceed expectations in service and sales.
Drive Sales: Implement effective strategies to boost revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
Build Clientele: Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
Manage Performance: Handle team scheduling, performance reviews, and KPI tracking.
Stock Oversight: Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure smooth product replenishment.
Visual Merchandising: Execute visual standards that showcase the brand's elegance and allure.
Sales Metrics: Monitor and elevate key performance indicators, including average sales per transaction and conversion rates.

28 days annual leave, including bank holidays (store closed on Christmas Day & Boxing Day only)
