Day Shift: £19.50 – £19.70/hour (Monday to Thursday)

Night Shift: £25.35 – £25.61/hour (8:45 PM – 7:00 AM)

Plus Overtime.

OTE £50K per year.

Key Responsibilities:

* Set up and operate CNC lathes, vertical borers, mill-turns, and 5-axis machines using Fanuc controls

* Manufacture precision components from customer drawings, ensuring first-time quality

* Meet required production cycle times while maintaining cost-effective standards

* Identify and implement improvements in manufacturing processes and tooling

* Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments

* Comply with all Health & Safety and Environmental policies

Requirements:

Essential Skills & Experience:

* Time-served engineering apprenticeship or substantial experience as a CNC Turner

* Strong experience with Fanuc-controlled machinery

* Proficient in working with various CNC machines including vertical borers, lathes, mill-turns, and 5-axis lathes

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
