Service & Installation Engineer – Scotland

Salary: £28,000–£32,000 per year + bonuses (Mon-Fri)
Location: Scotland (travel required)
Driving Licence: Essential

We have an excellent opportunity for a Service & Installation Engineer to join the team in Scotland. We’re looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in the AV, Networking, or IT industry who is ready to take on responsibility, manage their own workload, and continue growing their career. You’ll be working directly with clients, so strong communication skills are essential, and a passion for digital technology is a real advantage.

This role involves travel, driving, and occasional overnight stays—so you must be comfortable with this.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site installations
• Provide service support for AV equipment
• Diagnose and resolve issues with AV and IT equipment (with helpdesk support)
• Complete reports using online systems
• Follow all relevant Health & Safety procedures
• Attend regional team meetings
• Work core hours Monday–Friday
