The Role:
I'm seeking a talented Residential Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years PQE to manage a varied caseload from instruction to completion. You’ll be dealing with:

Sales & Purchases

Freehold & Leasehold

Transfers of Equity

New Build transactions

What We're Looking For:

At least 3 years of experience managing your own residential caseload

Excellent client care and communication skills

Ability to work with minimal supervision

A proactive, forward-thinking approach

What’s On Offer:

Competitive salary: £30,000 – £45,000 DOE

Full-time, Monday to Friday
