The Role – 1:1 Behaviour Mentor

As a 1:1 Behaviour Mentor, you will be supporting a pupil who requires targeted behavioural and emotional support throughout the school day. You’ll be working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and pastoral team to help the pupil stay focused, manage their emotions, and develop positive coping strategies. The role requires someone calm, consistent, and confident in de-escalation techniques and behaviour management strategies.
