About the Role:
As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Kitchen Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen. You’ll play a key role in preparing high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients, managing kitchen operations, and supporting junior team members. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a busy kitchen, enjoys leading by example, and is committed to delivering consistently excellent food.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong experience as a Chef de Partie ready to step up

Passion for cooking with fresh, quality ingredients

*

Strong organisational and leadership skills

*

Ability to work collaboratively with the Kitchen Manager and wider team

*

A proactive attitude and excellent kitchen hygiene standards

*

A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle – due to our location, this is essential
