We are looking for an experienced Site Agent to lead delivery of civils, highways, and structures projects across the Western region. You’ll manage daily site operations, enforce safety, coordinate resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience in civil engineering, highways, bridges, or structures

*

Degree/HNC/HND in Civil Engineering

*

SMSTS, PTS, CSCS qualified

*

Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and programme control skills
