Welder – Architectural Metalwork / Structural Steel

Our client is a well-established fabrication company specialising in architectural metalwork and structural steel projects across the commercial and residential sectors. They are now looking for an experienced Welder to join their skilled workshop and site team.

The Role

You’ll be working on a wide variety of high-quality fabrication projects including:

*

Balconies, staircases, balustrades, handrails, and feature metalwork

*

Beams, columns, and structural frameworks

*

MIG welding to a high standard (experience in both preferred)

*

Reading and working from technical drawings

*

Fabrication and assembly of components to specification

*

Occasional site installation work as required

The Candidate

We’re looking for someone with:

*

Proven experience as a welder/fabricator in architectural or structural steel

*

Ability to work accurately from drawings

*

A strong eye for detail and quality finish

*

Good communication and teamwork skills

*

Relevant welding qualifications (desirable but not essential)
