Internal Sales Executive/Telesales Executive - Derby
Monday – Friday (08:45am - 5:15pm)
Salary: £25,000 basic salary + Bonus
OTE - £31K+ (Uncapped Commission Structure!)

What You’ll Be Doing

* Following up on inbound inquiries and marketing-generated leads! (Warm Leads with rare cold leads)

* Understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions

* Building and nurturing relationships via phone, email, and CRM tools

* Managing and updating the sales pipeline in our CRM

* Hitting (and exceeding!) monthly targets and KPIs

* Collaborating with account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience in internal/telesales, customer service, or account management

* Confident communicator with a friendly and professional approach

* Target-driven mindset with a passion for closing deals

* Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools

* A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
