MTrec Technical are delighted to be recruiting for Production Operatives to join a successful and forward-thinking organisation experiencing continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated and reliable individuals to become part of a dynamic operations team within a busy production environment.

You will play a key role in the safe and efficient running of production activities, ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and safety are always maintained.

Shifts:

* Rotating 3-shift system (40 hours per week):

* Shift 1: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm

* Shift 2: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm

* Shift 3: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am

The Job You’ll Do:

* Operate a range of production machinery safely and efficiently.

* Meet and exceed targets set by Operational Management.

* Support continuous improvement and lean working initiatives.

* Maintain compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.

* Participate in risk assessments and contribute to a safe working environment.

* Develop skills to enhance overall operational performance.

* Record and report production data accurately.

* Work collaboratively as part of a team while being capable of working independently once trained.

* Carry out additional duties as required to support the needs of the operation.

About You:

* Previous experience within a production or manufacturing environment is highly preferred.

* Strong communication skills and a proactive, “can-do” attitude.

* Ability to work unsupervised following training
