Provide person-centred support to help individuals live as independently as possible

*

Support with daily activities, personal care, and social inclusion

*

Build meaningful relationships and offer emotional reassurance

*

Work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and professionals

*

Promote dignity, respect, and choice in everything you do

What we're looking for:

*

A kind, patient and reliable female support worker

*

Experience in social care is preferred but not essential - we’ll provide full training

*

A team player with good communication skills

*

Willing to work a flexible rota including days, nights and weekends

*

Committed to safeguarding and empowering vulnerable people

*
