The Role:

Experienced groundworkers needed in Leeds! We have an immediate opening for skilled groundworkers to join a demolition project in Leeds City Centre.

This is a opportunity to work on a high-profile site with a reputable contractor, offering a competitive hourly rate and an ongoing temporary contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Site preparation and clearance, including breaking out concrete and foundations.
Assisting with the safe dismantling and removal of structures.
Excavation work for new foundations, drainage, and utility routes.
Laying drainage systems, concreting, and general groundwork duties.
Operating various plant machinery (if ticketed and experienced).
Adhering strictly to all health and safety regulations and site-specific procedures.
Working collaboratively with the site team, including demolition operatives, engineers, and site management.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Groundworker, ideally within a demolition or heavy civils environment.
Valid CSCS Card is essential.
Relevant plant operative tickets (e.g., Forward Tipping Dumper, Ride on Roller, 360 Excavator) are highly desirable and will command a higher rate.
