Job Title: VNA Driver
Location: Milton Keynes (MK)
Hours: Monday to Friday (Various Shifts: 8am–5pm, 9am–6pm, or 2pm–10pm)

Industrious Recruitment is currently looking for experienced VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) Drivers to join our client’s warehouse team in Milton Keynes. This company specialises in car parts distribution, and the role involves both forklift operation and manual handling, so candidates must be physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting.

We have full-time, ongoing positions available, Monday to Friday, on one of the following fixed shifts:

Available Shift Patterns:

8:00am – 5:00pm

*

9:00am – 6:00pm

*

2:00pm – 10:00pm
(Please note: These are fixed shifts. You will be assigned to one.)

Key Responsibilities:

*

Operating a VNA forklift safely within a warehouse environment

*

Picking, replenishing, and storing automotive parts

*

Manual handling and lifting heavy items as part of daily duties

*

Loading and unloading deliveries

*

Maintaining a clean and organised work area

*

Following all health & safety and company procedures

Requirements:

*

Valid VNA forklift licence/certificate

*

Previous experience in a warehouse setting (automotive industry experience is a plus)

*

Good attention to detail

*

Ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting

*

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
