About the Role
As a Customer Care Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our homeowners are delighted with their new homes. You’ll be responsible for carrying out a variety of remedial works, delivering timely, high-quality solutions with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Complete a range of general maintenance tasks and repairs in occupied homes.

Liaise directly with customers to arrange appointments and resolve issues.

Represent the brand with professionalism, reliability, and courtesy.

Ensure all works are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
